Actually, if you watch close they were all checking their ObamaPhones (smart phones no less) as they walked through the lobby

AFAIK, smartphones don't qualify for the program.

AFAIK, smartphones don't qualify for the program.

But they can be upgraded such that the customer pays for the upgrade and the government picks up the rest
