Cruz is talking about forcing reconciliation to REPEAL Obamacare knowing the dictator will veto it. He welcomes the veto.

Yup. Pass the repeal. Force a veto. Attempt a veto override and get all the Dems on record opposing it.

THEN start poison-pilling ObamaCare by inserting damaging clauses into various bills. The question is, would it be better for the poison pills to be designed to collapse the thing as quickly as possible, or to increase the pain its causing to teach the American Public a lesson about getting the government they vote for?

For instance, insert a clause into the HHS approps bill that strips the executive branch of their ability to unilaterally modify the law. Make it go into force as designed. Cause pain. Leverage that pain to build political pressure to gut the thing like a fish.
