Bush wanted Amnesty Republicans stopped Amnesty.
They haven't passed Amnesty even with everything, Obama, the media, even facebook billionaires thrown at them, the Senate , Obama etc. still no amnesty.
There is no way THIS new house with a super majority of Republicans will THEY allow Amnesty since Republicans stopped Amnesty since 1994 with a just simple majority of Republicans in the House

Except that the stories truly fit the character and we've seen how the GOP is opposed to illegal immigration by the tireless effort at enforcing border security, which is why the southern border is wide-open, why during Bush's term w/ control of executive and legislative there was nothing substantial done about the border and why there's been nothing substantial done on illegal immigration in a decade and a half.
In other words, their refusal to actually address the problem means that they don't see it as a problem.
