The republican blows out the democrat statewide, and a few precincts out of Northern VA hold out on reporting until late at night, as if they’re waiting to see how many dammed votes they need. When George Allen lost was a PERFECT example!

Webb had some flaws but he didn’t blunder like Allen.
They do it because the Republicans lie down and let them get away with it with no challenge whatsoever.
