The Finns have a very high level of tolerance for lactose and ingest a lot of dairy - they also have amongst the highest levels of osteoporosis. They are getting large amounts of calcium without the other nutrients with which it works in conjunction.
Finns also are likely vitamin D deficient, with their limited natural light.
also drink a lot and have lots of heart attacks. But how this all fits together is worth some study. Since I am pals with some Finns and enjoy drinking with them, I volunteer to do the all important field work in Finland.
