Frein murdered a trooper and seriously wounded a 2nd one. Do you have any reason to believe that either trooper has ever killed anyone in cold blood? If not, why do you believe they needed to be punished for things they didn’t do?

Do you have any reason to believe that either trooper has ever killed anyone in cold blood? If not, why do you believe they needed to be punished for things they didn’t do? I suspect that one of the PS troopers that was shot had played "The King's Man" card with Frein.
Thanks to the US Marshals, we'll have a chance to find out.
