I guess that’s true but I don’t think I’d want to spend my retirement fund on keeping trayvons from making money on their trayvon.

True, I personally am NOT a ‘sue’ person myself.
If the lawyer doesn’t want to take ANY case of mine on the basis of he ONLY gets paid from what he gets, I probably wouldn’t pursue it.
I guess what I am ‘thinking’ of is more like get a judgement etc so if you get a ‘windfall’ or such in the future you will not be able to ‘skip out’ on me etc....
