I told everyone (not y’all specifically) that this militia group was giving us a bad reputation by not following standard protocol or even using common sense. This is the same guy who was arrested in August for being in possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.

IIRC, the militia group said he was not welcome back when he was arrested in August with the firearm. The media, including Breitbart, sure seem inclined to paint militia as crazies. These incompetent, wannabe yahoos are helping them. Intentional? I don’t know.

Yup. Some of these guys are trouble and we should be vigilant about policing ourselves. In this case I think these guys may just be stupid rather than intentionally dangerous.

On the flip side, the Michigan militia were the first to spot Tim McVeigh as potentially dangerous and contact the FBI.

According to this crazy article he was the “leader” of the militia. Not sure if that is true or not.

How do you police the leader of the militia if it is true? Kinda like policing Obama...see how well that is going for us.

This last “arrest and seizure” seems a little too classic setup. They are already in trouble for felon in possession and now they are found with AK and bomb in room. Smells just a little bit.
