I think it was just bad acting on the part of both the actors. When the Priest said it was the Lords House, Maggie retorted "No, it's just 4 walls and a roof." That implies she wasn't really shocked.
And I'm sorry, but I'm going to need patience to endure next week's episode if they make the whole thing about Beth. I've never found her interesting in the least---in fact she's always grated a little with the nasal delivery. And now they're going to cut away from the people I'm interested in to waste an episode on someone I still see as a fringe character.
She's really cute. Since the actress is 26, I can say I'd hit that.

Okay, okay. When it comes to TWD females, I think Maggie is gorgeous, Michonne is beautiful when she smiles, Rosita looks like a trout, and Beth is kind of wanly borderline cute in a washed-out way. But you've got the dude's perspective, so hit away.

Carol looked like a dowdy soccer mom in the beginning, but her hair is growing out and she’s looking cooler, so I approve....both for you and for Daryl.
Andrea, while she got on my nerves, was very, very pretty. Also approved.
Tara is cute, even though she needs emergency eyebrow attention, and if you hit that you might make her decide to go straight, so I think you should do it.
But if you had hit Lori you would have broken her in half, so....well, come to think of it, that would have been okay with me.

I had a phone call right as this part happened so I'll re-watch it tonight, but I thought Maggie and Glenn were shocked at how personal this was to Rick. Before it was survival but Rick lost all restraint. Anyway that's my take.
Beth is only a periphery character and I hope it stays that way, yet I was searching for photos under "Daryl and Beth" before I posted the thread yesterday and there are a lot of photos from the show with Beth hanging on Daryl ?????
Be prepared....it could go either way especially with some rumors about Daryl's character.

Are they stills from the show, or behind the scenes clips? I know the one at #46 is a behind the scenes pic, taken while filming. The two of them were hanging on each other at ComicCon, or so I read, but Reedus likes to troll and misdirect viewers.

I think I know what you're referring to. Tell you what, they can go that route if they want to kill the show. But I don't think they will. I've seen a few interviews where Reedus got questioned on that, and his responses definitely indicated that Daryl is straight.
I might think Daryl is a virgin, but he was Merle Dixon's little brother. Merle probably took him to a hooker for his 15th birthday.

Okay, I just did it. I saw scenes from "Still", and from "30 Days Without an Accident", where Daryl broke the news to Beth about her boyfriend's death. There were some behind-the-scenes pics, and some pics of Reedus and the actress who plays Beth...and some photoshops of Daryl kissing Beth and/or Carol.
