The author of this article has no knowledge of the carry law in Minnesota. There are no “concealed carriers” in Minnesota. One acquires a “Permit To Carry A Pistol”. The law reads that the permit holder may carry a pistol “on, or about ones person or clothing”. It was written this way to cut down on “man with a gun” calls to 911 every time the wind blows.
The word “concealed” doesn’t appear anywhere in the statute.
