Times have certainly changed over the years ...

Those crappy little towns like Petosky and Boyne City are now trendy tourist traps with upscale remodeled vacation homes. Even the Dilworth Hotel looked like it was being renovated - I remember the crank telephones in wooden boxes on the walls in the rooms. It's amazing how the whole area has boomed.

I don't appreciate your calling BC a "crappy little town". Perhaps you could tell us where you were working and living when you decided to visit that "crappy little town" and what brought you up there to the Hotel Dilworth?

As a side note, when exactly did you experience having to use the wooden crank telephone box you allege was in your room when you stayed at the Dilworth Hotel?
