Black people are VERY clean as you point out. Their restaurants are pristine and their home cookin’ is “let’s eat off the floor” good. This must be one of the problems that this black tour guide has with the Chinese.
I used to go to Mexico a lot as I still have many relatives there. I USED to say how FILTHY Mexico was.
Then my husband and I lived in the Middle East and I waxed poetic on how FILTHY the Middle East was.
We traveled to places that we knew we would NEVER go to when we got back home so we went to India. The Middle East was pristine compared to India.
We finally went on a three-week tour to China. And we saw all the "best" and most famous places. Indian was pristine compared to China.

I often had to sleep in my clothes, WITH my shoes on, the beds were so filthy, pillows strewn with long black hair. Bathrooms? My husband had to fight off the cockroaches while I used the toilet. Lol. No wonder the Bubonic Plague, a disease of filth, started there.
