As a B-707/DC-8 pilot in Africa, one of our biggest contracts was flying the Muslims to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj. Since many of them came “out of the bush”, and had never seen a Western toilet (not to mention an airplane), the flight attendants had to repeatedly enter the lavatories and partially fill the sinks with water. If not, they would do their ritual washing with “blue water”.

(And yes, it’s true - someone once attempted to build a fire on the floor in order to heat their tea.)

They should wash their asses while they're at it. British patients should demand only non moslum nurses work on them. The British government is full of more a$$h@les then our government.
