It’s true. Muslims may by fatwa, have sex with animals but they cannot then kill and eat that animal. They must sell it to ‘another village’ or tribe...someone away from them. That person may then eat the animal and it it halal. Or acceptable.
This also implies they can eat animals used for sex in another village and also be halal.
No joke.
