obama has never said a word about stopping or not stopping issuance of visas to West Africans - but oh How real conservatives wish it was so .. but RINOs like nomad are just pretending ... and can produce NO evidence that obama ever said this .. Instead nomad wants to lead followers of Senator Cruz into believing that a non achievable solution of stopping flights from the West African Ebola stricken countries can be achieved - when it cannot.
