I copied this link to a WordPad file on my desk top . Scroll down to 'How to add images to your post'.. copy and paste, then add the short cut to the img. Hope that helps. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/2827523/posts

I agree and have never posted a pic, even when asked to, because of it. It really should be updated.
