Did these lawyers happen to mention that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect so-called gay rights and that the Supreme Court has clarified that the 14th Amendment applies only constitutionally enumerated rights to the states regardless of pro-gay, PC interpretations of the 14th Amendment's Equal Protections Clause now by activist judges?
Did these lawyers also mention that the states where these hate crimes against Christians are occuring are in violation of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment imo? This is because Section 1 prohibits the states from making laws / policies which unreasonably abridge the constitutionally enumerated rights of citizens, the 1st Amendment's protection of religious freedom in this case.
In other words, the states are wrongly using constitutionally unprotected gay "rights" to trump constitutionally protected religious expression.
Yes a few of them did mention that the laws are currently swung to the Left. They all hoped we don’t have to wait too long before the reversal swing starts.
