No, not yet but it has definitely gotten much worse since I grew up there. Used to be all white working class families, mostly of German descent.

About 10 years ago I had to drive east through St. Louis and somebody told me NOT to stop for anything in East St. Louis and to gas up in Missouri.
The live feed had a burning American flag on the ground.
