I had a friend in Texas who said her aura made watches run backward. I can almost believe it; she was funny. They moved to Washington State around the time we moved to Oklahoma and (isn’t Google wonderful) both work at Willamette State University.
I was rushing earlier and can’t remember if I told any of you, but Anoreth has orders to Camp Lejeune to teach Marines to shoot and do fun things with their ordnance. She’s disappointed about not getting posted to a ship on the Pacific Coast, but looking at places to live on the southern North Carolina islands is cheering her up. She might live on Topsail Island, where we vacation when we don’t go to the Myrtle Beach area.
What awesome duty!
You WILL adjust!
I know that one day I will be proud to say I knew her when.
Except, of course, that I can't recall any occasion that she actually said "when".
Oh, joy! Hopefully, she’ll get to blow things up and nurture her inner pyromania!
That would be a difficult choice to make.
Cruise up and down the West coast in a Frigate or play with C4....ooh, tough one. :)
Splendid!

BTW, I was delighted to learn that my Ben's new girlfriend is an Albanian University student here in the US on an athletic scholarship. Raised Muslim, she is reportedly considering Christianity. And guess where Ben took her on a Washington DC date?

The....
Shrine of the Immaculate Conception!!
I was bowled over.
Where they met the pope. Here's the totally authentic documentary proof:
