Sometimes door hinges need a bit more lubrication. But a door that "sticks" may be rubbing wood parts together.

A perhaps easier method of dealing with this on a temporary fashion is to use a bit of hand soap, the solid bar kind. Just rub it on the surfaces that are rubbing together.

It's not likely to stain like oil, but it may make the squeaking and sticking go away.

I need to go have a breathing treatment. My trip down to the mailbox was met with wind and cold. I didn’t have chest pains last night, but there were other things that kept me hopping. Literally.
