I didn’t go look at cats, because I don’t have anything for them. If I don’t feel too woozy tomorrow after the MRI, I’ll go look.

While I was at Walmart, I priced the small dog beds which will fit in the basket just fine. I also priced cat food (wet and dry) and a few other things (but not a litter box or litter) and decided within a couple of months, I can get a cat, after I get all the stuff to make it feel at home.

I may go up tomorrow and look, and just have them take my name and number so they can alert me to cats that have been abandoned. And I DID buy two little .97 cent toys! A start, as it were, on being owned by a cat! LOL!

One thing I want for sure for the cat is a “Sherpa”-lined “crackle” bag! I think it would be a good place for a cat to be!

I got the 5-qt jug of oil, and didn’t like the way it looked in the cargo hold, so I stuck it in an insulated “Trader Joe’s” grocery tote bag! Deception!

The problem with buying things for cats is that you never know what they’ll like. Jake didn’t like the dog bed until we put a baby blanket in it. Shannon didn’t like it until we got her one of her own and put it in the sunroom. Both of them would rather shred our papers than play with cat toys.

You have to have a box and litter, though!
