To: Monkey Face; Tax-chick

Back before the millennium, I was sent to Edinburgh to work for a fortnight,

It was wonderful. I loved seeing men in kilts, and yes, I accidenty did learn what is worn or not worn under them.

I also loved seeing men in full dress play the bagpipes.

P.S. for the record, i ate haggis, it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever eaten.

Was it deep-fried haggis? I saw that on a Travel Channel program.

The haggis that’s made in the US isn’t made the same way they make it in Scotland as an ingredient is illegal. Can’t remember which, but I think the sheep’s stomach is the one...

The best I can do is get to a Scottish Games weekend nearby, if I have the money and feel up to going. The latter is probably more important.
