it seems it is part of the lore here.Obscure words that someone once saw the need to coin are often placed back in circulation on the UT. Years ago I had placed vivisepulture in my 'at some point I'm going to need this' vocabulary and I saw the opportunity to use it early this calendar year.
Tax-chick adopted it immediately and we've been pinging it since then.
Tax-chick also made use of the term 'anthropodermic bibliopegy' in 2014. I am now awaiting the chance to use it in casual conversation. It may take a while, but I'm patient.

I vote we all try to stamp out circumlocutory sesquipedalianisms!

"Tax-chick also made use of the term 'anthropodermic bibliopegy' in 2014. I am now awaiting the chance to use it in casual conversation. It may take a while, but I'm patient." We also have people who meander through the Word For The Day, as well as our pastoral Habitats. They have been known to smuggle polysyllabicisms.
Why, I myself used the word pavonine from a recent WFTD.

Tax-chick also made use of the term 'anthropodermic bibliopegy' in 2014. My education in the 1970s emphasized Greek and Latin roots.
