So...
I have this microwave that's over ten years old. The thing still works but the touchpad/pushbutton board that among other uses allows you to set the time has become only 70% functional. (e.g. - to set 1 minute you must input 60 seconds because the "1" doesn't register. Neither does the "9" or "7". And of course due to its age, the touchpad is no longer available.)
So I was wondering what uses I could discover for an otherwise large doorstop/boat anchor that has additional non-doorstoplike characteristics..

I’ve got to take this thing back to the shop. It’s slow to load, it stops in the middle of functions, and it takes forever to boot up. Not to mention it will tell me the page can’t be displayed, or the internet stopped working.
GAH!!!
All that was to say, when I clicked on the link the page shut down.

You missed all the fun of a couple of Ruskies re-purposing a microwave magnetron. I think some New Yorkers could use one of those on the subways. You know, to eliminate some noisome pestilence.. ;-)

-000 to you!
Sally is making jewelry with your beads. She wanted me to buy a bracelet at the Billy Graham Library this morning, for a gift for someone, and I said, “Make something!” So far she’s made herself a green and blue glass-bead choker. I’m not a choker fan, but whatever.
DP and Kathleen colored Hello Kitty pictures, and I wrote a letter to my mom. We email, but she likes to get U.S. Mail, too.

My hands are dry now. I must get some moisturizer. iPads don't like moisterizer but not as much as being wet.

I never thought about wet fingers being a problem. My fingernails are too long to use a touch-screen anyway.

Now that I have been able to get a hold of it, its way back there, it is definitely a little loose in the socket.
