The call went out:
“L.O.A.F.ers assemble!”
But the sound of crickets holding an animated discussion on blance mange was heard instead, their tiny TV flipping channels as the lead cricket gestured with the remote.

” All the children survived.”
Video game escort mission, the NPC you are escorting is encoded to be extra delicious to the monsters, and they show up more often because said npc suddenly sounds like a dinner bell to everything on the map.

It’s not so bad.
At the end of the loaf, you are heeled.

Blancmange is really only suitable for consumption by insects.

Well heeled loafs, frightening to behold.
And hold as well.

Consume insects?
It might.
Let blancmange get too big and they try to eat people.

They don’t have to be very big to eat crickets.

Considering how fast lizards grow eating crickets, we must be on guard.

Oh, you’re right. That’s a bad possibility.
Who decided to make blancmange, anyway?

Meanwhile, whilst we are bantering about mangy crickets, soylent solutions that may or may not be green or simple, children in the laundry, and other items of pith and moment, back on Mars disaster is looming. Or loaming. Or something.
I see on another thread that comet Siding Spring is about to whiz past Mars at a mere 87k miles. We all know that NASA is keeping us in the dark about all this but Mars gravity will grab that little comet and hurl it in all sorts of ways in a non-Euclidian manner such that it will slam into Earth and.. and.. and...
We're all gonna DIE!!!
Or maybe not.
We should all check out BEarthbotch's ewetoob chunnel to get his latest meandering, er, insightful prognostication of this Earth-dooming event.
Or just assign Darksheare to monitor the loon and let us know when it really gets comical. Or gets iceon it.
It's ok. I'll put that pretty white coat with the sleeves that lace up back on...

It is my personal opinion that I’m more likely to be eaten by a giant insectivorous blancmange than I am to be hit by a comet.
Either way (see tagline) I’m not worried.

Some enterprising idiot way back in the dark ages of history happened to try their hand at confections.
They failed.
But somehow conned a bunch of people into believing that this glop with Irish moss in it was great.
And they trolled the entirety of humañity with it.
Darn typo.
Fine, I’ll leave it...stupid foan.

this glop with Irish moss in itBut we're more mod, er, en now. We use starch-of-corn.
Its insectivorus ways are masked well with a classy presentation.
