It’ supposed to be warm here most of the week, and then below freezing again Friday morning.
I don’t think I will lose much of anything this week. IF anything.
One of my neighbors got a “new” computer desk and let me have hers. I had outgrown mine again, so I just now got it in, and got everything hooked back up. This one has a shelf for the printer that is on the left and much lower than the other one, so I should be able to start scanning, soon.
While I was cleaning and rearranging things, I even washed the mousepads! Now I need to use my knee until they are dry.
Mild here until the weekend.
You could use a book!

I still have to put the keyboard tray on, but that’s for better minds than mine. I will ask Scott to help me in the morning. He comes to work early to miss the traffic, so he has over an hour to kill.
Now I’m trying to decide if I want to donate the other desk to the church, to a specific member, or put it on freecycle.com. It’s out of the weather for now, so it’s OK. I’m thinking of donating to the church again...Christmas is coming.
My table is now full of whatever the other desk had. I had a drawer in that one, and it had a plethora of little things in it. I’m looking for baskets...and a shelf for the bottom for all the loose leaf binders.
Must be a healthy mind and soul...especially to admit that one things those things.
I would donate to whatever’s closest or quickest!
I’ve given up on the conversion of VHS tapes, and I’m taking them to the Salvation Army tomorrow. Are you interested in the VHS player which was, it was claimed, going to make it possible to do the conversion? I don’t know what its details are, but it could be found out if you think it would be worth it.
Otherwise I’ll take it tomorrow, too. I’m in the mood to get rid of things!
If I knew a little more about the VHS converter thingy, I could give you a better answer. It is VHS to DVD? Or does there need to be an external device like a computer?
I’m seriously leaning towards donating to the church because they cane be here tomorrow. I will decide in the next hour.

Sad to think what thouse hours could have been.
It needs to be connected to a computer, and it’s not easy to work the software that formats the DVDs. That’s why DP gave up on it. I don’t know that he ever succeeded in producing a working DVD, although he put a few shows on “cloud storage.”
I may be able to use. Do you know the name of the product?

Voted two weeks ago, when early voting started. I was sick of the campaign ads an hour after I voted. Now of course, the Dems are going after “Tea Party Republicans,” and it’s like two weeks late.
