Just send the raspberry preserves by DarkFAX. That’s why we invented it when we were making the Castle!
A black kitteh by separate transmission would be marvelous!

We can only hope he finds lodgings elsewhere soon. It sounds like he is wearing out his welcome.
Maybe he will find an unsuspecting roomie.

(Semi)vivisepulture.
That is one which for 56 years, had kept itself out of my vocabulary. But thanks to you all, I have learned a new word (the first one since yesterday).
So I put some google-fu on it, and it seems it is part of the lore here.
And just about no place else in the 'tubes.

Haven't looked at the Pats yet. However, I did note that the Cleveland Browns beat Tampa Bay (hey, you can get the boy out of Ohio but you can't...) It wasn't a pretty game though.
Took a look. Pats 20 points up at the half. Brady and Manning both have 178 yards passing, but Brady has 2 TD's out of it.
The air is probably too thick for the Broncs there in Gillette Stadium... ;-)

But I'm happy for Santana. That crazy time change is always tough on a guy (but, more so the spring than the fall in my case).

Yah...right there by the lobster traps and whaling ships and all...
Good game, though. (I still think the Pats should go back to their old logo.)

Thanks. I’d have been sad if he was really dead. Elen gave him a warm bath and got him to eat some worms.

It’s semivivisepulture if the purported decedent revives before the gormless yute identifies a suitable digging implement.

"(Semi)vivisepulture. ... it seems it is part of the lore here. And just about no place else in the 'tubes." One learns to be cautious about the details of burial details when living under artificial gravity.
Where too much down becomes out.
Down and out may be bad enough in Beverly Hills, but in the Asteroid Belt, it's a long, cold slide.

So you’d better be not just merely dead, but really most sincerely dead.
(Sometimes we have more cheerful topics here, but it is the Day of the Dead, after all.)

And we have three Habitats to remind us of that, on a daily basis. And NO DST!!!

Its almost dark and I want to go to bed, but I need to wait a bit before I take my pills.
One of our neighbors went in the ambulance about 90 minutes ago escorted by no less than six hunky members of the HFD and the H Pararescue Squad....
With the dreams I’ve been having lately, and the way she looked the last time I saw her, I don’t think it’s going to end well. *sigh*

I’m sorry to hear that. On the other hand, going out escorted by six hunky rescue workers beats being found in her apartment a few days too late, poor thing.
It’s too early to put Kathleen to bed yet.

True. But life is too short if your blood pressure gets too high, too. Too, too.
