All sorts of people post on FR. Personally I’ll vote for the candidate that most closely matches my principles: state expropriation of all private property and a dictatorship of the proletariat. Just like in the Constitution.

I have to vote for the damned fools because I live in Colorado and I HAVE to make sure the dim party hacks stay far far away from Washington...

I’m amazed at the RINO enablers here who seem to really enjoy getting
rained on and dumped on by their own party. They more they get rained
on, the more excited they get.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. The GOP elite have asked Conservatives to bend over and take it up the ass for many elections now with the promise that conservative principles will be advanced.
We have been told to suck it up and vote for the nominee that most GOP voters support. But then...
Scozzafava, Murkowski, and Cochran.
The GOP elite threw their support, or gained their support, behind the non-conservative in those races plus many others.
I for one will no longer vote for the Republican just because they are the Republican. I would rather have an enemy that faces me in the arena rather than a “friend” who stabs me in the back.
But keep acting insane. Good for you.

I’ve watched this country go to the dogs for all of my 45 years. The Republicans share a lot of the blame along with the Democrats.
A lot of us no longer see the world through Republican vs. Democrat blinders. We just see right and wrong.

"brain dead" fools cling to the idea that they will stay home rather than vote for a "Pubbie" that they deem a RINO.
It's a cult thing......don't press it or you'll likely end up with the banned souls from the "Great Purge" of 2012.........
Fortunately for you, you weren't here at that time....We lost a lot of old time great Freepers during that dark year.......
So if you're smart and want to remain a regular here, keep your mouth shut on this topic...........

Hey Strays; sounds like you need to watch this movie and not give up so easy. Brother Bluto can be your life coach.
“War’s over, man. Wormer dropped the big one.
What? Over? Did you say “over”? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!
Germans?
Forget it, he’s rolling.
And it ain’t over now. ‘Cause when the goin’ gets tough...
The tough get goin’! Who’s with me? Let’s go! “

Disagreeing with you is not the same as ignorance.
There are good arguments both ways.
Do we take chance on a RINO figuring he's marginally better than the other guy (short term solution) or do we starve the beast by not voting republican as long as they present us with weak candidates (long term solution)?
Neither standpoint is "ignorance".

Well, you do what you can with what's available.
Third parties and other forms of action don't seem much more likely to bring about positive results, do they?
