Just still pumped. Yesterday I got a ride in this plane ... and got to fly it for about 15 minutes. My first time piloting anything. This was really cool!

Now go find a PT-19 which is the open cockpit version of what you just flew in and try that. That bird with the canopies is what the canadians flew in because of the cold weather.

The wings are made of wood IIRC.The fuselage is a steel tube frame with wood formers and then covered with fabric.

That is exactly what my friend said. He has a 19 he is working on. Last time it flew it came down very badly :)
