I’m almost that size, but I’m a big, muscular man and hopefully taller than her. And more than twice her age, I might add.

I once had a patient that weighed over 500 pounds. She was in a nursing home, where they tried to help her lose weight. Her family would come in to visit and sneak her pies, sodas, all kind of fattening snacks. She died about the age of 30. Just as a practical matter, some cases are hopeless.
