Live in Estes Park or Lyons. If you HAVE to live in Boulder county, live in Louisville or Superior instead.

Thanks for the tips - definitely have to look into these other towns - I don’t have a lot of money, so it’s sounding like Boulder might be prohibitive just for that reason.
