There was a similar “memorial” set up (I think in Oakland CA) for a violent, criminal ghetto-dweller who was killed while behaving typically, and a biker-looking dude drove up on the sidewalk and took the whole thing out with his foot as he accelerated past it.

The whole thing was caught on tape, I think by a news crew. It was a thing of beauty!
