No, his mother came from nothing. He lucked out because of his looks. Because of his looks he started doing commercials at 5, because of his looks he got acting gigs, because of his looks Titanic was a monster hit because teen girls kept seeing it over and over. This little punk never worked towards anything in his life. It was all handed to him on a silver platter and how does he pay back the people whose hard work he’s been leeching off of since he was a kid because of his looks? He pushes communists for office, demands jobs be destroyed and the publics money be ripped off.

DiCaprio is a good actor. He’s good looking.

Being good looking is it’s own form of genius. It’s no less genuine than someone with an ability to calculate large numbers in their head, or see kinetic situations in slow motion and know precisely where in space your body is.

In fact, it may even be a more genuine form of genius, because it requires no explanation - no testing and evaluation.

In show business, it takes more than a pretty face. Ever see ‘To Have Or Have Not’ with Bacall and Bogart? Two actresses made their debut. The wife of the French guy who got shot in Bogart’s boat was miles and miles hotter than Bacall. Light years. She might have even had a better, less masculine, singing voice. (egad)

Who ended up with the career? Bacall. It helped that Bogart was leaving his wife and was having an affair with Bacall, but . . .

Napoleon once said, ‘Give me a man who’s lucky.’

Johnny Depp is DiCaprio’s brother.
