F-111s out of Lakenheath, if those were considered F/A. I have a feeling the F-4s out of Spangdahlem were capable as well.
I forgot to mention. There was always an F-111 pilot in the control tower at Lakenheath. One of them gave me a sticker, with a picture of an F-111, with a mushroom cloud behind it, and the inscription: Warsaw Pact Central Heating. It was a conversation piece, to say the least.
