Actually, I just figured out what bothers me about this dress
Look at the kids she is presenting to. All of them are dressed more formally than she is. Almost as if they are taking this seriously, and she just blew in from a barbeque.
Yes...you are right...it’s as though she has no respect for her role...either that or playing up her cow features is one of her advisors idea of a joke.
