Mitch McTurtle is NOT going to take precious time away from slavishly serving the interests and ONLY the interests of the US Chamber of Crony Socialism (and Wall Street and K Street) to resist Obozo’s judicial nominations. Remember the epic battles over Sotomayor and Kagan? Neither do I. Neither does anyone else. Mitchie was too busy trying to negotiate a tax cut for the big shots or new regs to cement their place at the top of the totem pole to hold new competitors at bay. Then Mitchie puts that hand out behind his back to receive his campaign funding payoff as an obedient little lapdog. Some of us are old enough to remember when the GOP could function effectively in the minority as an actual OPPOSITION PARTY. Now all the GOP does is play: Let’s Make a Deal!!! for their megabusiness masters.
There is STILL hope when people like you and I get involved (and I am in the older regions of the millennial generation)-I am involved in the Republican Party, and actually have worked in politics, so..
