Ask him. Then ask South40 about it because south nailed him cold. less than 2 months ago. then tell me why posting anti fence crap from Laraza qualifies as being good during an invasion.

Sorry Laz. It happened and there is no excuse for it.

You’re wasting your time, love, but I thank you anyway. I don’t engage him anymore because Norm’s opinion of me is none of my business. (A most valuable lesson.)

Norm and his buddy are, unfortunately, sadly ignorant about the effectiveness of border fences and the terrain and property in south Texas. He mistakes discussions about that subject as a defense of Rick Perry, total opposition to a fence, and mad love for illegals.

I did not cite anything from LaRaza and would not do so knowingly. That is a figment of Norm’s very extensive imagination. I cited an article from No Border Wall, which is not affiliated with LaRaza. Additionally, I posted a graphic from the NYT, which cited Border Patrol figures on illegal alien apprehension in each of the southern patrol sectors. (The data was fact-based not opinion.) Again, we were discussing the effectiveness of a border fence.

As for Rick Perry, Norm and his buddy claim that Rick Perry opposes a border fence. They take snippets of quotes that leave out the full text of his position. Perry doesn’t oppose a fence. He opposes an ineffective, worthless fence - like the one in south Texas that the drug cartels are tunneling under and the illegals are climbing over. Big difference. He supports strategic fencing (i.e. where a fence will provide a substantial barrier that is difficult to circumvent) supplemented with enforcement by boots on the ground, aerial surveillance, and technology.

G’night, Norm. Go back to your corner. You’re still in timeout.
