As far as I know, the Kansas guy Roberts is pro-life, strongly so. I hoped for his opponent to win in the primary, Wolfe or something like that, but he didn't. This wasn't like the skulduggery in Mississippi, it was simply a loss to the incumbent, who isn't on the same bad list as, say Grahmnesty.
The "independent" who will caucus with the entirely pro-death democrats if he wins, appears to be pro-death.
Seems like a no brainer to me.
