Omg. I didn’t know this until now. He actually wrote “the First Cut is the Deepest.” (Recorded by Rod Stewart). Now, that’s a fun, timely song for a Muslim to sing at his shows. Certainly there are a couple of journalists and an aid worker who would agree with that title.

It's a matter of taste of course, but the guy made some good songs IMHO.
Problem for him now is that his music sucks.
Even if it was good, I'd not buy if he didnt repent. But, bottom line, he sucks now. So he's a non-factor.
