Who is the “god” of islam? It craves violence, lust, greed and totalitarian power. It reserves a special hatred for women, especially the young and pure. It rejects the Eternal Word. It rejects the Ten Commandments and even common sense, fairness, and respect for the fundamental rights of others.
Since there is but one God of Creation, one God of Israel, Isaac and Jacob, one God of our fathers, one God of the Holy Trinity, it follows that what Muslims worship is not a god at all, if you get my drift.
Secular (i.e., apostate) Muslims in Egypt throwing out the Muslim Brotherhood (while bringing in Al-Sisi, a confirmed Caliphate supporter) are certainly welcome, but they only prove once again that the only good Muslim is a nondevout bad Muslim.
The less of a Muslim one is, the better a human being one is.

He is the one who is the father of all who reject the Son:
“18 Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us.

It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ.
