When I quit almost four years ago, I struggled for about three days. Ever since then I have not wanted a cigarette. When I am around smokers the smell almost gags me. I found that most smoking is a habit that is based on actions at specific times and places. I still vape when I am driving and after meals, but I find myself doing so much less as time go by.
