Or felt the heat.
A little good news, but not enough.
They are only dropping 2 cases because they took too much heat. They still intend to keep using this unconstitutional tactic to rob the citizenry, they will just be more careful picking targets going forward to try to avoid media attention.
The Institute for Justice has done a lot of fine work.
