FULL TITLE: Family's outrage at cops who violently arrested a father of two for 'appearing intoxicated while taking care of his kids'... but actually has a TERMINAL ILLNESS that makes him look that way
Police officers in West Virginia brutally arrested a 39-year-old father of two who they say appeared intoxicated and was handling his kids roughly while walking them to the park.
But his outraged family denies that 39-year-old Jeffrey Bane was under the influence on Sept. 6, when he was left choking in his own blood and pleading for help while he was pinned to the ground by four Granville PD cops during the Sept. 6 arrest in Morgantown.
The whole arrest takes some 10 minutes and was recorded in a shocking video uploaded to YouTube.
The family says Bane suffers from Huntington's disease, a genetic and terminal illness that causes sufferers to increasingly lose their motor functions, at times appearing to be under the influence.

And yet none of the terroristic illegals will be arrested for violating our border laws. Ran into a couple yesterday at the store. Began coughing around them because they stank. Get out of my store, illegals!
Sad that you have to read a foreign paper to find out about police thugs in America.
Sounds and looks like First Degree Aggravated Assault, Felony Kidnapping, Using a Firearm during the commission of a Violent Felony, .. The 2 Thugs belong in PRISON FOR LIFE.
How much longer do you think it will be until CITIZENS begin BEATING TO DEATH Cops when they come across them OFF DUTY??
Personally if I saw a cop on fire I wouldn’t piss on him to put him out. Neither would I help one in trouble for ANY REASON.
Hope he sues the crap out of dept....
I wonder at what point cops were trained to treat people like this...?
I certainly understand thinking he was intoxicated, but to pin him down with a large cop knees in his back for five minutes is ridiculous and abusive...
They could have easily cuffed him picked him upright and figured out what was happening...
I wonder how quickly the badge lickers will appear on this thread...

Is that you Rev. Sharpton?

Today in my town was a small fair at a local church. There was the local fire department giving talk on fire safety in those little mock houses they have. The fire man was asking the children, and some adults, who do you call in an emergency? Of course 911. What do you tell the 911 operator that emergancy is? IE fire, robbery et cetera. Well the 8? year old next to me said “I would not call 911 if someone was breaking into my house, I’d beat them over the head with my baseball bat!” I patted the kid on the back and said “you’ll make an excellent member of the NRA one day”.
not hardly, Why do you have shoe polish on your chin??
Sig Heil
Where is all of the outrage about cops beating an “unarmed man” Oh, he’s not black, never mind.
It's all about officer safety. AS long as they get to go home at night... a job well done.
May I ask where I can get nice hoodies, skittles, cigars, and “hand’s up, don’t shoot” signs?
“How much longer do you think it will be until CITIZENS begin BEATING TO DEATH Cops when they come across them OFF DUTY??”
What a nice rabble rousing post. Good lord.

The way these police treated this man, this American citizen, is unspeakably shameful. We need to reform every aspect of police performance to the Constitution and the rights of citizens.
Unless these reforms take place, people will rise up, just like our ancestors did in 1776 with the British. How long should we tolerate this? There is no excuse for brutality from people who are sworn to uphold the laws. Are we an occupied country now?
It isn’t shoe polish.....
Don’t worry. They will be here.
My son’s a type one diabetic. I had him get “Diabetes - type 1” tattooed on his forearm. My nephew was recently diagnosed and has his own.
If you have a disease that *at* *all* impairs you, make it clear. Too many diabetics have been tased and shot because they appear intoxicated. (not that being intoxicated earns you a beating or a bullet... what are we coming to?)

This is what it looks like when the citizen almost beats to death cops (or possibly security guards) on duty at a sporting event.

I knew a girl whose mother had Huntington’s disease. Her mother is gone now, but what remains is a 1 in 4 chance she will be diagnosed with Huntington’s as well. It is hereditary... and anyone with family diagnosed with it are counciled by Doctors to not reproduce as there is no cure.
