Yep. And Bill Maher (of all people) has got it exactly right. If you haven't seen the four minute video, trust me, it's worth your time, even if you hate Maher. He is brilliant here, and spot on. This clip is very worth passing around.

Wow. I wouldn’t expect that type of intellectual honesty from the likes of Maher but on this, he is absolutely correct. And I will give him credit for, at least on this, having the balls to say it. I also liked how he called out Rose on Ayaan Hirsi Ali, telling Rose, “well unlike you and me, she knows”.
