The Islamic State has released a video claiming to show the beheading of British captive David Haines. The father-of-two, an aid worker, was abducted by militants in Syria last year. He appeared at the end of a video showing the beheading of US journalist Steven Sotloff earlier this month.

After the beheading of Foley, Obama viewed this as a law enforcement issue and instructed Atty Gen Holder to enlist the FBI. So who has jurisdiction now? Is this a military action or still law enforcement? If we capture ISIS terrorists will they be tried in NYC? Will we close Gitmo now? I'm sick and tired of these mealy mouthed wimps running our country!

I’m surprised he didn’t blame Bush. I have a liberal friend who think’s it was Dick Cheney’s fault. After all, had Cheney not counseled Bush into invading Iraq muslims wouldn’t want to kill all westerners. I think that’s the way it goes.
