Seeing as how most of these jihadis have never even seen toilet paper, it's not hard to imagine that they would have made such a mistake.
Perhaps you’re right. But if I intend to attack something I would do a little research or reconnaissance. I would want to know something about my target. At the very least I would want to know where it is and what it looks like.
I realize these guys were on a suicide mission but knowing that I would think they would want at least some chance of success if they were going to give up their lives.
If you attack a military target in blind ignorance you chance of success is very low.
