“What could go wrong?”

Plenty! GTAT stock plunged from $17.68 to $14.80 before trading was halted on the stock, because there was no announcement clearly saying GTAT Sapphire glass was being used for the display cover. The price went back up to the 16s until the iWatch was announced with GTAT Sapphire glass, but plunged again to $15.00, bounced, and is now falling again.

While it is assumed by the market the iPhone 6 display covers must not be sapphire glass, the announcement did say the glass wa ion implanted for strengthening and arsenic free. This leads to the hope by some this ion implanting may be the GTAT process for its sapphire glass and not Corning’s Gorilla Glass. So, everyone is left wondering by Apple just what that iPhone 6 glass really is, Corning Gorilla Glass or GTAT Sapphire Glass?

Heh. Every time apple does a new release with all of the media hype I thing of the Attack of the Killer App episode of Futurama. MomCorp releases the EyePhone, the great killer app with all kinds of gotta have functions. It also contains the “Twit Worm” that Mom activates to control the hooked user brains. Then, a few weeks later Mom announces the new “Better” EyePhone2 and all of the drones line the streets to march into the store and get the upgrade. Mom looks down from her skyscraper perch and laughs, “Dumb Bastards”. Anything can go wrong and probably will.
