Simple question, how will it help to impoverish his wife, who was the victim?

Shouldn’t he earn all the money for her he can, and it’s her responsibility to leave him if he’s violent?

Just thoughts, certainly there is no excuse for what he did.

Also I know she isn’t cooperating, but he could be criminally charged.

If I were on the jury, she provoked him. They are in complete denial on ESPN, but she took a swing at him and charged him - can’t tell if she was hit with a hand or a fist. What difference does it make they were probaby both drunk. All this does is punish the wife.
