I’ve shot my uncle’s (the big game hunter), back in the early 60s; now his son/ my cousin has it, and never shoots it. It was a $2,500 beauty, way back then, when he shot in Masons’ Lodge competition. It was a Perazzi MX, or something.

A few days after that was over in MA, I sat at a deck party with some 2-A friends and neighbor preppers, who were so outraged (as was I) that they were spouting bravado about taking on SWAT Teams and US Mililtary, at their doors.

When I told them what would probably happen if they resisted and/or opened fire, they quickly changed their collective tunes and backed-off. Best thing is to only have a few sacrificial ordinaries to hand over to the JBTs; the rest should be off-site and well-hidden. Ammo too.

I was in Boot Camp when all that went down, so I was lacking in any real news of it at the time. But I do remember what I was feeling about it back then. And, sad to say, I bought the enemedia’s lies. I was a different man back then.
