An update for those interested:
Yesterday:
Visited a full intact POW camp (WW2) that has been turned into a museum.
Not as Boring as it at first sounds, i was expecting ‘cheese’, but no this was brilliant.
The Huts have all been converted into mini exhibitions ,each covering a different aspect of the war period: 1932 to 1956.
The place is also littered with other hardware, Tanks ,Field guns, Trucks, midget submarines, etc.

Today:
The Yorkshire Aircraft Museum:
An intact Bomber base full of Aircraft and other exhibits.

Then of to the Small Market Town of Helmsley for the afternoon.
The Norman castle is worth a couple of hours, and a river to keep me occupied.
There are also Shops...... :)

Tomorrow:
Beach....indirectly.
